Elevator wait times can exceed ten minutes, USB ports in two rooms failed to work, and breakfast had strict closing rules at 10, resulting in an uncomfortable atmosphere for those still dining. I also had issues with service availability, as getting items like a bottle opener required going downstairs. It’s disheartening that parking costs twenty euros per night. The presence of syringes on nearby streets can dampen the experience.

Impressive location just steps from the train station and central attractions! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the spacious room had a fantastic walk-in shower that truly enhanced my stay! !

Unfortunately, the breakfast closing time felt rushed, and I experienced frustratingly slow service at the bar, leading to an unsatisfying dining experience.

During my stay at Canopy By Hilton Zagreb City Centre, I was particularly impressed by the charming ambiance and the cozy sitting area near reception, which was perfect for unwinding. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport.

absoluteley lovely design, but during my 2 night stay, I discovered that there was NO hot water—very refreshing. also, I requested a quiet room and got a noisy first-floor one instead, but of course, the front staff sorted it out eventually. I woudl ve appreciated an upgrade due to these inconveniences, but no such luck.

The stay was quite pleasant, ideal for exploring nearby attractions like King Tomislav Square and the Museum of Broken Relationships, both a short walk away. I really appreciated the modern design of my King Room and the awesome walk-in shower, which made mornings feel fresh. The breakfast had some nice options, including traditional dishes that were tasty but seemed a bit limited. I especially enjoyed the cozy lobby area where I could unwind after a busy day.

i loved my stay at canopy! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the fitness center and major attractions. The staff was really kind. they brought me lemon slices for my hot water in the mornings, which was a nice touch. also, the wellness area offered stunning views of zagreb's rooftops while you relax.

Comfortable Stay with a Great Breakfast

During my stay, I found the walk-in shower in the bathroom superb, along with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a nice array of options, including traditional Croatian dishes which was a delightful surprise. The location was conveniently just a short walk from the bus station and old town. However, I would appreciate better clarity on the airport bus information.

Had a lovely stay! The Nespresso machine in the room was a delightful touch, and I really appreciated the filtered water station. The breakfast was decent but left me craving more variety. Would definitely consider going again!
